3 different officers were in contact with us and all 3 had more or less information than the other 2. Refused to explain questions we had replying with non answers. Unfortunately we were forced to use PHL due to previous transactions and very little time to complete the close. One officer was despondent and condescending. Another was very out of touch with the process and the other was a supervisor who wouldn't take responsibility for the other 2. Finder monitors and updates our site to ensure that what we’re sharing is clear, honest and current.
My mortgage was bought buy this company and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I can’t believe the amount of different answers I get from different people. The first person I talked to told me that the mortgage assumption process could take up to 90 days. Then, I was told up to 6 months a week later when I called them because at this point they were suppose to reach out to the people who were assuming my loan. During this phone call they told me that they aren’t even going to start on the process until November 10th. I then called November 11th to see why they didn’t send the people assuming my mortgage an email like they said they would and they then said we will do it as soon as possible.
What types of mortgages can I get through Planet Home Lending?
I don’t know how they get away with it. If your mortgage ends up here, best to refinance and stay away. I feel like 2 months have been wasted dealing with this company. I was approved but I'm not going further as price on home in only 190,000 and they want 70,000 down and my payment is still over 1200 month for 30 years. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Great choice of food on menu and delicious. Downside is no parking, there is a parkhaus close by however if you have a roof box on top of the car like we do the height clearance might not be enough.
